A home workout plan for your age
Pick your age, experience, goal and time. You get a full plan with warm-up, main exercises and stretches, and a timer that guides you through it.
This is a general idea for healthy adults. Stop right away if you feel chest pain, dizziness, breathlessness or sharp pain. With heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, bone loss, joint problems, pregnancy or recent surgery, ask your doctor before starting.
